1. Is the fan fixed firmly?

3. Is the temperature of the fan environment higher than 75℃?
If you originally purchased a fan with oil-containing bearings, and the fan's ambient temperature is higher than 75℃ for a long time, then within three months, the oil in the bearing of the cooling fan accessories will be dried and evaporated, and the friction coefficient will increase due to loss of lubrication, then the noise of the fan will be very loud, the fan blades even stop rotating.

2. Dust problem
Add a dust-proof net to the part of the electronic cooling fan that is exposed outside the box. There are currently two types of dust-proof nets to choose from: plastic three-in-one dust-proof nets and metal dust-proof nets. It is recommended to use a metal dust-proof net, which can not only prevent dust, but also provide strong protection against accidental insertion of foreign objects, especially when the temperature is high, the metal dust-proof net will not be deformed. All dust-proof nets must regularly clean the dust and foreign objects on them to avoid blocking the air outlet or inlet of the fan. 3. High temperature problem
Generally speaking, oil-bearing fans are used for operating temperatures of 0-75℃; dual-ball bearing fans are used between 75-130℃ or -30-0℃. Generally speaking, oil-containing fans are less noisy than double ball fans and are economical and cheaper. The double ball fan has a larger air volume than an oil-contained fan and has a longer service life.
